Pre inspection
If you are selling your home a pre inspection is you the seller doing an inspection prior to the sale to evaluate the condition of your home to insure their will be no surprises which would delay the purchase. Buyers appreciate this condition report and does assist in making your home more desirable.

I also include photos in the report which better explain the findings that are found on the inspection. The report can be sent by e-mail or printed and sent by regular mail.

If you are buying a home a general home inspection is conducted after the offer to purchase is made and accepted. It is a written report of the condition of all of the components of the home. Generally 2-1/2 to 3 hours and you are welcome to accompany me during the inspection. Its a great opportunity to see what this inspection finds and an invaluable tool to learn about your new home.

Customized inspection
If you need your roof evaluated or moisture concerns regarding wet spots in my basement a customized inspection can be an invaluable tool. Other types are attic insulation and ventilation recommendations. These are low cost specific inspections that can be very valuable.
Radon testing
Radon testing consist of doing a minimum 48 test of the inside air of the home. I use a radon monitor which is the most accurate and timely instrument for this type of testing. The test results are a printout at the end of the test. Other type of test done with a canister left open in the home and sent to a lab for results and can be a week after the test is completed. Long term tests are also available.
